I recently got a replacement printer delivered via ups and have no idea how to return it all it says is to go on ups and select create collection when i did that it sent me to a payment screen.
i have no how to do this with sending the payment to hp im not paying for it as i was not told i would have to i have the sticker that came with it.
i tried to find out if it was prepaid on the first screen but it wouldnt show me if it was or not.
how do i get past payment screen for collection

I understand that you did not get a prepaid sticker with the replacement unit.
I suggest that you contact HP phone support from this link: www.hp.com/contacthp
You may select the country and type the product# of the unit and then follow the on-screen instructions to contact HP phone support.
