I've finished configuring this printer and am about to deploy it, but I noticed a warning that the printer should have been placed in its intended location prior to installing toner cartridges, etc. I only need to move it a few offices from mine, and it's already on wheeled cart.
This is my first PageWide printer, and I can't tell if this warning is H/P's butt-covering, or something that I need to be concerned about. Should I pull the toner cartridges prior to moving it?
Also, I didn't know where to post this as there are only InkJet, DesignJet, LaserJet boards, but not a PageWide board (yet).
Thanks in advance!
Brad

You are fine if you are going to hand push a wheeled chart.
Only if you are going to ship it by van or truck then you have to be worried.
