Can anyone provide how to scan a double-sided document from your phone or laptop to the HP OJ 8020?.... I seem to only be able to scan 1-sided docs. many thanks

This document should help you scan two-sided from your Laptop: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04402029

 

Though you can't automatically duplex scan via HP Smart App, which you install on your phone.
