Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am working from home by using VPN to my work computer. I have an Envy 7858 printer on my home network. Using HP Smart from my work computer, I can print to my home printer, but haven't figured out how to scan. TheH Smart says it can't.

Looking online I read a suggestion to download the complete program on my work computer. I tried the suggestion, downloading the complete program for the Envy to my work computer,  but it can't seem to connect to my home printer so it won't setup properly.

Any suggestions?
