I have NO desk her 2655 printer/scan/copy.   Do not have computer.  Have galaxy s5mini phone connected by wifi.

HOW DO I SCAN?  To my phone?

Hi,

You may scan to your mobile device using the HP Smart app as listed under step 3:

If your printer is not yet connected to your wireless network, see 'Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel > Step 2: Connect the printer with the HP Smart app' to connect the printer to your network using the HP Smart app:
