Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

How to scan to my Mac Mini 2020 (Monterey) after WiFi with OfficeJet Pro 8025e is already working well with my computer. I can scan document and print document but I can't scan and email document to my computer.

Welcome to the HP support community,

 

I understand that you are unable to scan from your printer to Mac.

 

You might have to enable scan to computer in HP Utility.

1)Open HP Utility.

2)HP Utility is located in the HP folder in the Applications folder.

3) Under Scan Settings, click Scan to Computer.

4) Ensure that Enable Scan to Computer is selected.
