Hello, 
I have followed multiple hp YouTube videos on how to set up the scan to network folder, but I receive an error when I test the folder. I think it might be the username and password.  Any advice, tips, or recommendations?

I have found that in some cases when dealing with newer windows versions and the user is using the MicroSoft account ID to login, the shares do not work well.

 

The solution I normally use is to create a local user on the PC where you want to save and give it read/write access to the folder and then use those credentials on the printer for the scan to folder settings.
