How can "Din A4" be used as the default pagesize when

!!! A. using shortcuts, 

!!! B. on the printer screen (no device/pc) and

!!! C. while scanning pages from the ADF (not glass) .

- the default size of the tray1 is "Din A4"
- the default county is Germany (usually A4)
