All downloads and HP doctor states all is OK

Hi,

Try accessing HP Scan Directly to scan:

Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\HP Officejet Pro 8620\BIN\HPScan.exe

 

You may right-click HPScan.exe and select Send to > Desktop to create a shortcut.

 

May you able to launch the program and scan?
