Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, when I do a copy with this printer (directly from printer button) the copy is cut off in the header and footer.

How can i do for to change the margin of print?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Resolving Copy Problems: https://support.hp.com/sk-en/document/ish_2281791-2076363-16 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
