Client’s office has 2 HP printers various users scan from .  I need the user’s particular email address used, not the same email address each time .  In addition, why am I getting error message that HP doesn’t find email app? OUTLOOK is default set in windows.  They just upgraded to office 365

Downloaded HP scan extended and when I run it I get error ‘the HP Imaging Device was not found ‘
