A ton of us are having that problem and have been having it awhile. I keep getting a message "not connect to Web-Services" I have called in a couple times and they walk you thru the fix but it always come back. I'm waiting for a reply from them right now. Good Luck!!

Not that it's the best result but if you disable then re-enable network scanning it will work, for the day. I am looking for a script I can run, on login...

Yes Older-Guy that is exactly what they have you do when you call tech support... the problem then is, its changes the email address to your printer, and unless you do the next couple steps to personalize your printer, you cant just send things to your printer (like forwarding an email). Both times I talked to Tech Support I had to go in and change my printer email address back to the one I want.... here is an example of what was assigned to me before I went in and changed it back, [content removed] LOL I'm not typing or memorizing that when I'm using a different computer or I want someone to just send something to my printer.. They need to just fix the problem. I've had this printer for 3 yrs and never a problem till recently

I regret to inform you that your unit has reached End of Support Life, which means that HP no longer has access to recovery discs, hardware or software for your system. If you prefer you can contact either our Home & Home Office Group or our Commercial Department in your area to see what current models may fit your needs. You also have the option of taking it to a local repair shop in your area.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

This is the answer I received in a private message a couple hours ago. My printer is 3 yrs old and when I bought it and set it up I got a message saying my warranty had expired... but this machine has performed great for 3 yrs
