I Can not Use the scan button on the printer. Says computer not found.

I can scan to the computer using my desktop but the button on the printer which says scan will not work.  All other features from the printer itself work. Any suggestions on how to fix this

Next,

Open the Printer Assistant OR Scan Assistant Shortcut on the Desktop and enable Manage Scan to Computer
