Hi,

Your scanner is no longer supported on OS X 10.9 or any later OS version, its latest Mac OS drivers were available for 10.8:

Although not officially supported, you may try installing the OS X 10.6 drivers for your scanner, then you may install and try the 3rd party Vuescan application, I believe that may work with your scanner:
