Product: Office Jet Pro 8600

I have an Office Jet Pro 8600 Printer which I bought in 2014.  Up until now, I could always print a  4x6 picture or copy a 4x6 picture onto another 4x6 picture.  It keeps coming up saying the paper is wrong for the setting but I changed it on the printer and also on my computer to make sure they both showed 4x6 photo paper. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  1. Are you able to make copies from the printer? 
  2. Are you printing from your phone or computer? 
  3. What is the operating system?
