I just tried to scan a document using my HP Envy 4505 3 in 1 printer and I get a 9923 error message.  I have not changed any settings in my computer and have rebooted both my computer and printer/scanner.  I find this very frustratiting and am hoping that you might be able to solution to this problem.  Thanks.
