I cannot print in A3 with  hp OFFICEjet pro 9730e. How to do ?

Depends on what sort of problem you are having? Are the settings not available when you go to print or does the job just print on smaller paper regardless of the settings. Most common cause I run into is printers using the Microsoft IPP driver which does not support large format printing. You need to make sure you have an actual HP driver installed. Post back more details if this does not remedy the situation.
