Product: laserjet Pro MFP M277dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

When I try to scan to my email, the message "Username or password is incorrect".  I have not changed any info. so don't know why it's giving me this message.  I have tried changing the username and password but it is still giving me the same message.
