I just replaced my HP Office Jet Pro 8600 plus, When I came home from work, it was laying on its side, leaking oil and whimpering. I found many good reviews for the HP ENVY PRO 6455, so I purchased it. It is not as user friendly as the Office Jet Pro. My problem is I cannot scan using the ADF function of the ENVY PRO. I have all the current updates. I want to scan a multiple page document and save it on my computer. I can use the flatbed to scan but I cannot save all the pages in one file. It is attached to my network wirelessly. It prints from all the computers in my network. Thanks.

@TPeter1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to scan using the document feeder. Which app are you using to scan?
Do you get any errors?
Let us try these steps:
Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Refer to this document - How to Scan. This also shows how to scan from document feeder and how to scan a multi-page document.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
