Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

The HP Smart icon on my MacBook Air stopped working.  I can print, copy, etc. but cannot scan.

Hi @Grissel1 

1. You may need to install HP App from Apple Store:

>> https://apps.apple.com/us/app/hp-print-and-support/id1474276998?mt=12

  • HP App Apple Store.png

 

2. Once you install that HP Print and Support then scan again your document.

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
