Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So i changed my password for my gmail account and now the printer will not scan and gives me this:

Error

username or password is incorrect. Make sure both user account and password are valid.

 

Why is this so hard to fix? Thanks

Fortunately, your 8720 printer supports Digital Send - the fix for this is not hard and can be completed using the Embedded Web Server (EWS).

 

 Using the Printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)

 

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Scan > Scan to Email > Scan to Email Setup / Settings (wording varies by model)

 

Once you have the profile set, it can be edited / tested (see bottom of the example).
