I forgot my admin password on my Scanjet Pro N4000. How do I reset it?

If you need a password to access internal function of the printer or scanner, then you need to contact an HP Agent to obtain factory reset instructions. You may have to prove you own the HP peripheral.

 

I notified a moderator. I do not know how long it will take.  Let me know what happens.
