I can't scan 

from my printer to computer.

@GLJO, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to scan from the printer screen to the computer.

Have you tried scanning from the computer screen and check if that works?

 

You will need the full-featured printer driver to be installed on the computer to use the scan to computer feature.

Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

 

Now, open the HP Printer Assistant > Scan > Manage Scan to computer > Enable

Try scanning.
