Hi @deejoebronco,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Setting up scanning on your HP Pavilion All-In-One desktop computer involves a few steps. Here's a general guide to help you get started.

  • Install Software: Typically, your HP Pavilion All-In-One should come with pre-installed software for scanning. If not, you may need to download and install scanning software compatible with your scanner. You can usually find this software on the HP website or included in the driver and software package for your specific model.
  • Connect the Scanner: Ensure that your scanner is properly connected to your HP Pavilion All-In-One. If it's a USB scanner, connect it to one of the available USB ports on your computer. If it's a network scanner, ensure it's connected to the same network as your computer.
  • Check for Drivers: Make sure that your computer has the necessary drivers installed for the scanner to function properly. You can usually find these drivers on the HP website. Download and install them if necessary.
  • Test the Connection: Once the software and drivers are installed, test the connection between your computer and the scanner to ensure they're communicating correctly. You can usually do this by opening the scanning software and attempting to scan a document or image.
  • Configure Settings: Depending on the scanning software you're using, you may need to configure some settings such as resolution, file format, and destination folder for the scanned documents.
  • Scanning: Once everything is set up, you should be able to start scanning documents or images using your HP Pavilion All-In-One desktop computer. Place the document or image you want to scan on the scanner bed, launch the scanning software, and follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the scanning process.
  • Troubleshooting: If you encounter any issues during the setup process or while scanning, refer to the user manual or online resources for troubleshooting tips specific to your HP Pavilion All-In-One model.

By following these steps, you should be able to set up scanning on your HP Pavilion All-In-One desktop computer and start scanning documents or images efficiently.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
