I have to Sign in to scan to email? WHY?

Why do I have to sign in to scan to email? I have 20 HP PRinters where that is not the case, but this one, all of a sudden, you have to log in on the touch screen to scan to email? 

That's stupid. How do I turn it off.

Based on the printer model --

If the twenty printers are the same model series as this one, check for differences in the EWS Security (Network and Access Control).  Next check your Quick Sets Profile(s) configured in Email Servers (EWS).

If the twenty printers are not the same model, take a look at the EWS Security configuration and the Quick Sets Profile created in Section Email Servers.
