And when the Internet company upgraded the router my printer quit scanning. And now the computer Is no longer hardwired to the router.But the router and the computer are in the same roomHow do I get a proxy address as the printer keeps asking for one I have been through several fields it’s asking for a proxy server and a proxy port. The message says your net work requires a proxy server address when connecting to the Internet

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Which device are you using to scan?

The proxy address is automatically assigned by the router to the printer.
