I tried HP Mobile Fax and received a message the file size is too big. Is this a mobile fax issue

I tried to scan and fax with HP mobile fax and received an error:  file size too large.

I understand that you are facing issues with HP Mobile fax.

I have some clarification on the issue you are facing on your laptop:

1. What is the file size of your document? 

2. Does the upload issue happen if you select any file from your PC by pressing the "Files and Photos" option?

3. Can you try to Scan your document using the "Scan" tile from the HP Smart Home page and then select Mobile Fax? Does the upload error also occur here?

Thanks for your response.   Lessons learned:  FAX requires an analog connection which seems outdated but that's another discussion.  The document is 11 pages that translates to a file size over 10 MB which could be an issue.   I gave up and went to a UPS store and paid $14 to have them do the job for me.  Bob
