Hi,

 

From the panel of my printer, I want to use 'scan to computer'

I see the PC Windows connected to WIFI

I can't see any of the various Mac I have on the network.

I installed HP Smart / HP Easy Start... everything tried. Spent more than 1 hour on phone with French HP Support.

Impossible to make it work. 

HP support said: "it's a restriction on network", but it works with the PC Windows...

HP support said: "it's a restriction on the Mac", but it works perfectly (scan to Mac) with Brother MFC-L3770CDW and their software "Brother iPrint&Scan".

A the end: "OK I rise it to expert cell"...

 

Very annoyed because 1st it doesn't work and 2nd because HP Support is negating the issue.

(by the way same problem with Scan to Folder: doesn't work with MacOS)

 

Does anyone has the same issue? Existing solution?
