Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

Hello. Yesterday, I noticed my printer not printing. When I went to check it, it had an error on screen that said the following:  "Scanner Problem

Turn the printer off and then turn it on again. If the problem persists, the scanner has become damaged and cannot copy or scan. For more information, contact HP Support."

 

The problem has persisted, so I'm contacting HP Support. My warranty is expired. What are my options? Can I send it to HP for a repair or replacement, if so, how much does that cost? This is a replacement printer I received from HP because the touchscreen on my original purchase stopped working. It has a label that says "HP Certified Refurbished 9A003".

Any help you can provide is appreciated. Thank you in advance!
