Using my MacBook Pro and printing on my HP OfficeJet 8020. Have a small picture that I would like to print copies of in a larger size. Tried scanning it and using the Edit option, then Adjust option, and clicking the small numbers at the top to increase the size of the picture to 33.3 but when I select Done and return to the page where I can select Print the picture has returned to its original size.
Any way to use my printer to print a larger size of an existing item?

Welcome to the HP Community --
The printer is unaware of what it is printing.
Yes, you can print saved image / document content at the size you want.
I don't have any MacOS in the home office -- I can provide general guidelines.
Scan the original at size and save.
If you want to use HP Smart to print the photo file from a list of available print sizes, look for an option to select the output "Photo Size".
As long as the Paper Size is larger than the selected print size, the photo can be printed on that paper at that selected size.
Example - HP Smart - Windows - Simple Photo Print
What else?
Add the photo to a document > Export the document to PDF -
Print the PDF page at the size you want - Use Poster to print the image larger than your sheet of paper.
Use Photo editing / printing software (purchased / downloaded) -
Photo Editing software might include a Resize / Resampling option to change the actual size of the file.
Print as wanted.
OR
Skip the Resampling and print at whatever sizes are available in the photo editing / printing software
Like printing, "Resize" results vary depending on the density of the original image.
