Intercept message prevents me from using printer features.

HP OfficeJet 4620 printer.  Windows 11 OS.

After clicking the Officejet icon on my desktop, a dialog box appears that prevents me from accessing the printer features.

You have no way to attach a screenshot.  The general description is to install additional software that does not work.  The

message can be cancelled; however, the message appears again, and I cannot access the printer scan feature.  Scan from

the printer display is not working.  Message is to see display for instructions.  No instructions appear on the display.

Please advise.
