Envy 7855 Tried to scan a document to email and I get an “internal processing error message”.
instructed to “Please Retry or Manually check the firmware updates”. I have checked and the firmware is up to date at 2204E. I have it set for auto updates. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the power cord. I did a manual update of the apps using the printer control panel.

I see that you are not able to scan to email. Apart from this, is the printer working fine?
Are you able to print and scan using the computer?
This could be an issue with the HP server if you have not made any changes to the scan to email settings.
Kindly wait for 24-48 hours and try again.
