HP Office Jet Pro 8028 keeps returning the internal processing error when I attempt to scan to email. Unplugged, updated firmware, reset to factory default settings and still no joy. It worked for me as of yesterday. What gives HP? your software drove me away the all in one before last and cannon's hardware drove me back. Going to have to find a different manufacturer if this keeps up. Things like this annoy me to no end.
Also, off topic, but I hate the fact that this one doesn't duplex copy or scan. My last three all in one's did (basically last 12 years) and I didn't even think there were auto feed all in one's that still didn't - crappy.

As the previous person indicated...and my problem is the same...the scan to email worked yesterday so it's not a problem with the email being blocked. The error message says there is an internal error and may need to update the firmware. In my case the Print and Scan doctor says all is well, but still can't scan to email from the control panel.
