Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw

I have recently moved from old computer Mac OS 12.6.1 to new computer with Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1.

Since move, I am able to print; however unable to scan without downloading the HP Smart app.  I would prefer not to use the app.  Can I scan from HP 225 series to Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1 without the HP smart app?

I see that you want to scan without using HP Smart App from your Mac computer.

 

Please follow the steps listed in this document to scan using the Mac OS scanner.

You may also scan using iPad or iPhone by following the steps from this weblink
