Product: HP Officejet 4630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried several different things to scan multiple photos into separate files on my HP Officejet 4630 printer/scanner/fax/copy but nothing is working.  The printer is installed on a Windows 10 PC.  I watched a YouTube video but it did not work the way it said.  I've been told that there is a way you can do this on the printer/Scanner.  Do I need some kind of software that HP does not provide?  I have checked the settings for the scanning option but still no luck.  Please help if you have any answers.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Try this standalone software:

 

HP Scan Extended

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"
