Hi,

 

I am pretty sure this option existed in the past  in the HP Smart app, but now I can find a way to scan multiple pages at the same time using the document feeder. Is this really removed or I am missing something? Why is there a document feeder if this is not possible?

Why isn't this option obvious? Maybe I am missing something.

It is the same from the Android app...

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • Open the HP Envy software and click on Scan a document or photo.
  • Select Save as PDF, set the Resolution as 300 DPI or below and ensure the box to Show Viewer is checked.
  • Press Scan, within the scan preview dialog, click the plus button to scan additional pages and press Save once you are done.
