Issue: Loading the document feeder (on top), using the Copy Feature, the copy has a streak.

Problem:
Using document feeder, copy feature generates a black line
down the middle of the page.

Using glass plate, copy feature generates a perfect copy.
Printer output is perfect.

What now?

Please advise.

if this is only happening when using the doc feeder you need to clean the section of the glass on the left hand side that is separate from the larger piece of copy glass.  Look closely and there might be some dust or something else stuck to the glass.  Use some type of cleaner I try and avoid windex and do not use a lot of whatever type of cleaning product you choose.
