Issue on scan multiple pages into one document

When I scan 2 pages on document feeder, the pdf file gave me 20 pages, page 1 - 10 is the 1st hard copy and 11 - 20 is the 2nd hard copy. Does anyone experience with same issue?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

• Have you tried with different documents or PDFs?
• Have you tried updating printer firmware update?

Hello,

I called HP support and was told that the issue is on HP Smart app. Waiting for an update.

Now I use Printer & Scanner on my MacBook instead of HP Smart.
