HP DeskJet 2655 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

i have a DeskJet 2655, purchased in May 2020. I did not have problems until the last update was installed.

Now, I cannot scan (it says that the printer is not hooked up; it is). And I  have also had issues with printing, where I have to run a diagnostic before I can.

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve, because I really don't want to purchase a new printer. Or, is it possible that the last update made my printer incompatible with my computer?

Also, for some reason, 3 printers show up on the app when I run a diagnostic instead of one. Not sure if this is this issue, but it doesn't work regardless of which one I choose.

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Restore the network settings for the printer and then use HP Smart app to connect it to the network again:

Hope that helps!
