I have a problem with the option: scan to computer.

When scanning from the automatic feeder, I get the message "The document has been sent to the computer", but the file is not saved to the computer.

Scanning from the glass table works fine (scan to computer). Scanning from the auto feeder works fine when initiated from the computer software, but does not work from the printer panel.

I have tried reinstalling all the drivers but this does not help.

 

Any ideas?
