We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Installing MFU driver pack from this page (https://support.hp.com/kz-ru/drivers/selfservice/closure/hp-laserjet-3030-all-in-one-printer/378056?...) leads to normal isntallation MFU as printer but scanner is missing. After installation there is "HP PNP Scan Null" in "Control panel\device Manager\System devices" but it doesn't work - no scanner found.

"HP Print and Scan doctor 5.7.1." programm finds Laserjet but reports that there is no scanner installed and suggests to install the full software solution. If you click the "download installer" button, you are redirected to the hp website but the resul is "Page not found".

to continue with HP site but the page is missing.

Installation of "HP smart" from 123.hp.com link to Miscrosoft Store - doesn't solve the problem. "HP Smart" reports "No printers found".

Tryin to replace "HP PNP Scan Null" with native driver from the supplied CD - leads to error:
"No drivers compatible with this device were found in the specified folder. If there is a driver in this folder, check if it is suitable to support the device "Windows for computers based on X-64 processors".

Reinstall with preliminary uninstallation ("printui /s /t2") driverpack does not affect.

From the above, i can conclude that the latest driverpack "pcl6-usb-x64-7.0.1.24923.exe" do not have a working scanner driver or install it with an error, while the old drivers from supplied CD were designed for Win32 systems, therefore they are incompatible.

Аll the events described take place on Windows 10 x64 systems build 19044.2486 and build 19044.1288. with laserjets 3030|3055 connected via USB-cable. Printing works properly.
