Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M29w Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I keep getting an error message: Scanning has been canceled by the scanner. I went through the virtual assistant, didn't help. I can scan 1 or 2 sheets, then I get the message. I have updated the software, unplugged and plugged printer back in, finally turned computer off all together, hoping that might clear out whatever problem is going on.  Important to know that I am NOT a techie person.
