Hello,

 

I am in need of a list of printers that support the HP Digital Fax to Email option. I had to leave the one that I had that worked, which was an OfficeJet Pro 8720, and every one that I look at that is sold anywhere not used does not support it. I have been on the phone with HP support about this issue and they were of no help and only told me to try to find one that does not have the e at the end of the model number (example OfficeJet Pro 8025e).

This does not help me. As I said in the original post, I have spoken with HP support. I was actually on the phone with them for about 5 hours on Wednesday trying to figure it out with the printer I have before they told me it doesn't have that option and only could tell me that printers with the e at the end don't have it. They could not tell me any that do work.
