HP Smart will not open when my VPN is connected.  I can bypass the app but I cannot find the path to it.  Where is it located on PC?

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Kindly share the screenshot of the issue you are referring to.

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

There is really nothing to show.  When my VPN (Surfshark) is connected and I click to open HP Smart, the initial blue screen shows and goes no further.  My VPN can connect via TPC, UPD or Wireguard.  I get the same result no matter which protocol I choose.  There is a bypass option in the VPN that allows bypassing of apps or websites when the VPN is connected.  The only apps that show up in the select list are these.  HP Smart is not listed.  I just need to know the path to HPSmart so I can add it manually.

When VPN is disconnected, HP Smart opens up immediately.
