I can Scan a single page from the glass to the computer.  Problem is trying to scan multiple pages when placed in the document feeder at top of printer. I have HP Officetjet Pro 276dw. Does anybody solved the issue? I do not want solution when I need to click to + to scan additional page, I want back full functionality of the feeder.

Hi @TomasS90 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're experiencing issues with the document feeder on your HP Officejet Pro 276dw and you've lost the ability to scan multiple pages from the feeder to your computer seamlessly, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the problem:

Check for Firmware/Software Updates: Ensure that your printer's firmware and software are up to date. Visit the HP support website and download the latest drivers and firmware for your printer model.

Restart Your Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Turn off your printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a minute, and then plug it back in.

Verify Settings in HP Scan Software: Make sure you have selected the correct settings in the HP scanning software. Open the HP scanning software on your computer and check for any settings related to document feeder scanning. Ensure that the document feeder option is selected.

Check Feeder for Obstructions: Inspect the document feeder for any obstructions, such as paper jams or foreign objects. Make sure that the pages can move freely through the feeder.

Clean the Document Feeder Rollers: Dust and debris on the document feeder rollers can affect its performance. Clean the rollers using a lint-free cloth and a small amount of isopropyl alcohol.

Reset the Printer: Resetting the printer to its default settings might help. Consult your printer's manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.

Reinstall HP Software: Uninstall the existing HP printer software from your computer and reinstall it. Sometimes, corrupted software can lead to scanning issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
