Hello, the printer/scanner/fax product I have (listed in title of post) no longer scans with the Feeder.  It will scan 1-1/2 pages and freeze up.  I've updated my drivers.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled my printer/scanner software.  I've done a factory reset by booting up while holding down the cancel and start copy keys.  I'm at a loss at how to resolve this.  Any help is appreciated.
