The printer supports scanning to Sharepoint, USB Stick, email, shared folder but not to an FTP server, such is supported for HP Laserjet Enterprise level printers, not pro.
You may find its specs listed below:

You may try following HP Easy Start by selecting the HP Full Feature Software option:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPEasyStart_11_5_4644_17.exe
By using the HP Scan software I believe you should have an FTP plugin option for the printer, meaning you may set the scan destination as FTP and provide the server details for HP Scan to save it on FTP.
