Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended

Hello,

I am a systems administrator for various buildings and I have several M479FDN All in one printers. For some reason the scanning app from HP stops working and it goes on a loop.

No one from HP that remoted in could help me out, they pointed at the firewall but that wasn't it.

I found how to resolve it by setting it to FACTORY RESET , but it reverts back and I have to reset it again. I manage buildings and I would like to resolve this without having to reset all the time whenever they scan.

What can be causing this  ?

I have already taken steps to verify services.msc (The WIA is working , SPOOLER has restarted) many different things I haven't mentioned.

What can be causing this ? once I reset to factory settings , it should change the parameters back to their original status , but for some reason it reverts back and the scanner app starts looping , it never opens until I do that factory reset.

Has anyone been experiencing this? Please let me know if you have found a fix.

Thank you.
