I have a new M480 MFC.  (I guess it is technically an M480f although the 'f' isn't printed on the device.)  The fax feature works fine, except that it is not playing nice with incoming voice calls.  I use a shared voice/ fax line with the fax line having its own separate number.  Any voice call that comes in, after 2 rings (the number I selected), the device starts ringing and will continue until I shut the device off.   I either need to set it to recognize a Distinctive Ring, which I have on my phone line, or if that is not an option, I believe I need to set the Receive Mode to 'Manual'.  The problem is, I cannot find these options.  They are not on the device control panel, nor in the Embedded Web Server online.  Distinctive Ring is not mentioned anywhere.  'Manual Answer' mode is mentioned on Page 116 of the manual, under Receive Mode settings, along with Automatic, TAM and Fax/Tel. However, those settings don't seem to exist anywhere that I have looked.  Thanks in advance for any assistance!
