Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

На Windows 10 (64bit) установлен Full Software Solution (48.4.4588), сам МФУ прошит последней версией прошивки (002_2014A). При попытке сканирования через утилиту HP Scan, выдаётся ошибка:

"Сканеру не удалось завершить сканирование. Убедитесь, что в устройстве включена функция сканирования. Для получения дополнительной информации свяжитесь с администратором или с тем, кто настраивал устройство. Если сканирование включено, проблема могла возникнуть при применении параметров сканирования. Проверьте параметры и повторите попытку. Если проблема повториться, обратитесь в службу поддержки"

Перезагрузка, переустановка МФУ или компьютера эффекта никакого не даёт. Печать работает нормально.

Ok, here it is in English.

My HP M428dw won't scan (connected via USB).

 

I have Windows 10 (64bit) with Full Software Solution (48.4.4588) installed on it. MFP has the latest firmware available (002_2014A). When I try to scan with HP Scan program, an error dialog box pops up saying: "The scanner failed to complete the scan. Verify that the scan feature is enabled on the device. For more information ..."

 

I tried rebooting computer and MFP, I tried to completely reinstall Full Software Solution. Checked Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) service. Nothing fixes the problem. But I don't have any problems with printing.

 

P.S. When I run the HP Print and Scan Doctor, it doesn't see the problem.
